The Wellbeing Working Group focuses on the prevention of welfare problems related to education. We do this through providing information to students and participating in discussions at Radboud University and HAN University of Applied Sciences on current policies. Examples are:

Organizing trainings for dealing with stress (in development).
Attend consultations with student psychologists, student deans and the participation council at Radboud and HAN and share our views.
Assist and promote student initiatives on wellness. For example: providing information about healthy lifestyles and organizing regular communication sessions in the refter.

Prevention is better than cure. There should be more focus on the prevention of problems such as burnout, excessive stress and depression among students.
Sometimes problems cannot be prevented. Even then, we believe that more can be achieved in the accessibility of support at an earlier stage.
