Register as a member
When you register as a member of student union AKKU, we ask you to provide personal data. These include your first and last name, e-mail address, study, the educational institution where this study is followed, IBAN, interest areas and membership at Student Union AKKU and/or Stichting Vrienden van AKKU. Please note that your membership at Student Union AKKU, because it concerns membership at a trade union, is a special person.' Your data will be stored in the electronic member administration of the Akku Student Union. This member administration is only accessible to the managers of the association, i.e. the board and the data protection officer of the association. In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), these controllers have signed a confidentiality certificate.
You have the possibility to view, change or delete your personal data at any time. In this case, please contact us. If you no longer appreciate receiving information by email at any time, you can opt out at any time by sending an email to the secretary.
Retention period
Student trade found AKKU keeps your data as long as you are a member. If you have given permission to keep your e-mail address for pleasure rum and reunion events when unsubscribe, student union AKKU will keep this person until you indicate that you do not wish.

This privacy statement may be changed without prior notice in case of changes to the operations of Student Union AKKU. It is therefore advisable to consult this privacy statement regularly.

Student union AKKU processes personal data from its members. By introducing the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in the EU as of 25 May 2018, we are obliged to offer a register of processing activities.
